How to Use a Pizza Screen

Prep the Screen: To prevent the dough from sticking, lightly season the screen with olive oil, use non-stick spray, or dust the screen with a generous amount of flour. 
Dress the Pizza: Stretch your dough and place it directly on the screen, then add your sauce, cheese, and toppings.
Bake: Place the screen with the pizza directly on the oven rack or pizza stone. 
Remove the Screen (Optional): If you prefer a highly crispy undercarriage, remove the pizza from the screen after the crust has set (about 2–3 minutes into the bake) and finish baking it directly on the hot oven stone or steel.
